Also, when you turn the key to "ON" and leave it for a few seconds, you should see the "Service Engine Soon" light. If you don't, you may have an ECU problem (though I doubt it). For now, possible causes:
- Fuel pump or fuel system (pressure regulator, injectors should cause a misfire so that's probably not it)
- Dirty MAF or throttle body (or damaged connections causing no reading)

Ok. Just so that we have some other things to consider, it could be something very simple that was overlooked like a clogged fuel filter or bad fuel pump, fuse or relay (though you said you checked the fuses). Could be something a little more in-depth like a bad injector or coil pack, but, I personally have seen the result of a G connected in the wrong firing order (1-2-3-6-5-4 instead of 1-2-3-4-5-6 and the car ran, just very rough). A normal multi-cylinder engine can run with one cylinder completed screwed, it will just run horribly. But that's what's making me doubt an injector or spark plug or anything like that.

well lets put it this way the car was running fine had it back on the road for about 2 weeks after the ecu was flashed, brought the car to a shop installed headers berks cats and new o2 sensors drove the car from the shop home ran perfect. car sat for a day took it out the next day warmed it up before driving , not even a 2 min drive clutched in rolling to a stop sign and realized the car had stalled all lights were on the dash, tryed to start again and wouldnt start just the fan would come on consistently

Could be a bad flash or bad settings on the flash. May have worked fine at first because the ECU was still fresh, but our ECUs are self-learning and will adapt AFRs and timing to targets. If you don't have any MAJOR modifications done you might try to go back to the stock flash and see if you can at least get it to start then.

It's also possible that something that was installed was messed up. Cats, headers and O2 sensors won't stall the car out, but the O2 sensors could throw a code. Leads me to believe the flash could cause it.

Bring it back to the shop and have them revert it to stock. It's also the only way that the dealer will help you if it eventually comes to that. (I hate dealers).

Basically on these ECUs you set target air/fuel ratios, target ignition timing, target idle, etc. As you drive the car, the computer takes your actual AFR, timing and idle and makes whatever trims it needs to make to fuel and timing to try to bring them all to the selected targets. This learning process takes driving the car. It could take 6 months for the ECU to properly learn the correct values if it's barely driven.

So, 2 weeks seems like a long time since the initial flash but if the ECU is still adjusting it could have gone too far. Or, once again, it could just be a bad flash.

Ask them to flash back to stock and see what happens.

Crank sensor is also possible, but I would recommend going back to a stock flash first (they shouldn't charge you) before you throw more parts and money at it. I'd hate to see you spend more just to find out that wasn't the problem either.

Right. Could be that the ECU is not properly tuned for the headers and cats. Although, just because of timing this would probably be the first thing to knock off of the list before you go to the crank sensor.

Yea, on 03-04 it's probably better to just have them. I feel like they go out A LOT.
