Clutches.....Decisions, decisions

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with different clutch kits for the G. I have an 06 MT coupe and I feel like I could more power if I switched out the clutch to an aftermarket clutch and lightweight flywheel. Can anyone help with a name brand that is good but not crazy expensive. Also what is difference between these clutches when they say triple plate or double plate clutch. Should I go with an organic or ceramic clutch? Thanks for any input. Sorry if there is a thread on here about this, I searched clutch and read like 5 threads that had nothing to do with explaining clutches, if you there is a thread here on this you can just point me in teh right direction.

i went JWT combo. with bolt-ons but if your going to FI (correct me if im wrong) then you dont want to be cheap with your clutch and upgrade your pivot fork bolt.
