RPM too high at start-up?

Hello all,

I am relatively new to this forum and my car for that matter. I now have an 06 OB 5AT Coupe. I was wondering, what the standard idle range should be... I am thinking mine might be running a little high.

From cold start it will idle at 1250ish RPM for 10 or so seconds before it drops down to and stays at the 650-700 or so it remains at (see picture below). Other info that might be important, it was jumped 2 weeks ago, it has AEM intake, JL500/1 amp and AC cranked (it's Florida).

And does anyone know what part# or where I can order this part from (red reflector lens in doors, see pic below)?

Idle rpm after a cold crank is controlled by coolant temperature to fast warm up cats and oil, still anytime before 10 minutes is variable.
