Oil Change

Has anyone thought of cutting out the openings a little wider to access the pan/filter without taking the whole cover off? Just a thought.

Thanks

Re: Oil Change

Actually, I did just that. I pulled down the under diffusers and then cut the opening a bit larger. However, when I did that, I had to cut away some of the metal stiffener strips. To me, this left things a little bit flimsy, so I then added back in new metal stiffener strips [from some spare flat stock aluminum], and pop riveted it in.
