hey guys i have right now nismo headers, and they are just too much work to install and too expensive, do you guys recommend me to change the nismo headers for the kinetix v+ intake manifold? ive seen that people get more or less the same gains from it as they do from spacers, what do you guys think or recommend?

That plenum is already raised so there's really no point in having a spacer.

Rephrasing what herrschaft said, a spacer creates the space for the cylinders to breath due to the bad upper plenum design. And an aftermarket upper plenum just replaces that bad design.

It's like wearing glasses to fix your eyes, then putting on another pair thinking it'll make it even better... It wont.

More air consumption going into the manifold is better then less. I might try it to see if I get any gains, but maybe not knowing that. If I do try it with my 1/2 inch spacer, i'll post it.

The price on the v+ and the md complete kit for the rev motors I have found for about a $20-$30 difference. You could always do the m2rev along with the v+ too correct? I noticed you get a deeper tone on the exhaust on videos but you can't all get the best idea from those. I have the hks hi pro TD so with some berk hfc's and the v+ I am hoping to get some nice deep tone and decent pick up. I will also get a md 5/16 spacer just I case I don't get what I want out of the manifold. So I can swap it out and return the manifold.

Yeah, it wouldn't hurt to try it. I wonder if you would get anymore gains with having both the spacer and v plenum. I just tried to install a pair of cx racing headers, but that didn't go down well. Do you have headers?

I don't have headers just because i looked at the amount of work and the gains you get from it didn't warrant it being done right now. i am sure you can do the manifold and the spacer but the amount of air in the manifold at one time would prob bog you down and cause a lose in power. they are designed to do the exact same thing in the space area so i am guessing that is why you would do one or the other and not both together.
