I realize this is an older thread, but it's one of the first with pictures that came up in my search.

My question is, does the OP or anyone have a picture of the complete Coupe fuel pump assembly (before taking it apart)?

Digging around, it appears the fuel filter is only available for the SEDAN and not the coupe. The part on the right in the first post of this thread looks pretty much like the part I replaced on my old 03 Maxima (when Nissan started going with this "unserviceable" fuel filter business).

Comparing the 2006 FSM for the Sedan and Coupe, I noticed the Sedan FSM actually labels the fuel filter as a separate part. But on the Coupe it's all one assembly and the FSM simply states "Do not disassemble fuel filter and fuel pump assembly."

Here is the 2006 Sedan Fuel system components. Item # 15 is the fuel filter (part# 16400-2Y505 for reference).

And here is the 2006 Coupe fuel system component. Apparently there simply isn't a filter at all on the Coupes.

The one in my Maxima was pretty gross when I replaced it, so I figure it was time to do the same to my G. I guess the Coupe really doesn't have one at all.

I gave up trying. I think after some more searching, I accepted that there just isn't anything to replace. Thanks though.
