Over heating

hey ppl, just replaced my clutch kit for my 03 6MT coupe and i got some issue

-over heating when drive above 80 mph and it just go back to normal once i reduce the speed below 80 mph.
-car dies on start up (throuttle reseted but still same issue)
-cruise control doesnt connect

my local garage told me that my battery died which caused the car dies thing and the cruise control, he also check everthing possible and the coolant system and everything seems to be fine.

ps:i live in a country where the temprature is between 113 F to 122 F in the day time.

it's possible that the fans couldn't keep up with the dying power supplied.
