I have never seen someone sell just the tab or locking part of a harness
I had the identical problem with my 1992, 240 Volvo and used a small dab (about 1/2 the size of a pencil eraser) of Goop, which was applied underneath the connector (unseen location), and it worked perfectly. To remove it, it took ~15 seconds to pull the tiny glob of Goop off and it left no mess or residue.

Thread couple weeks old and not sure MAF plug still needed. Contact CUX350z (Chris) on My 350z forum he just bought an entire harness, we accidently broke the TBV harness when changing engine.
