Y-pipe protection solutions for lowered cars.

So few days ago as I was driving in U-district in Seattle, (people who lives here can vouch for me that the roads there are so ****ty.) I drive over this one road where theres a hump in the middle of the freaking main road and there were no way for me to avoid it so I drive over it then it just bangs instead of scrapping my car. (not the first time and the other times were at different roads with humps)

My car has always had massive leaks coming from the Y-pipe because of scrapping and it sounds like ****. I want to either get it replaced or replace the flex pipe but unless I find a way to protect it, it's just a matter of time before I need to replace it again.

My friend suggested putting on a custom skid plate. He said a lot of Hondas that are slammed does that to protect their headers. Although when he glanced the underneath of my car, he doesn't think there's a spot to bolt on the plate.

So I was wondering if any of you guys out there with some slammed G's has any solution for this problem?

It's been almost 1year since had them replaced and no leak yet. My flex pipe only lasted about 2 months before they were shredded from scraping..It was either spend $45 for new flex pipe+$25 to cut and reweld or just repace with regular pipe for $40..
