single or twin turbo
My turbo experience:
1990 300zx factory Twin (it was great at its time) fun to drive. Sold to a friend in 2009 with 52K original mile
2004 G35 cpe APS ST,AUTO, oil return issues, no low ends tourqe, max out fast at top ends, it was built for my lady with heavy right foot. Parted out, and traded in for an SUV at 45K mile or so.
2003 G35 coupe JWT Twin + fully built motor.........6spd crazy TQ and drivable HP 510 RHP at 15 psi and 554 TQ. Daily driving is set at @450+ RHP at 12 psi. This turbo kit is very well put together. I just dislike the way it sounds (BOV) at high boost. Approx, 15k mile on this kit now........no trouble so far. It's in my storage for winter months.
2004 G35 Top Secret Widebody, I purchsed this car from MD from the original owner. This car was featured in Turbomagazine in 12-2007. I did not do any work on this ones.
Greddy Twin turbo with stock engine, boosting at @6 psi 378 RHP. This turbo kit sounds the best IMO., again, this kit also well put together. This is not my DD. I do not drive it much nor do I drive it hard. It just turn 13k on the odometer last month. I store it in my G. garage next to my 03 fully buit above.
