I have an 03' g35 coupe with a engine with a spun bearing so I just want to put a whole new engine in and want to put the newest year in it that will bolt right right up to my tranny and mounts it is 6mt and I want to be able to still put exhaust for my year of car on it and other parts anyone know the newest year I can put in there?

 

you can put in any engine from 2003-2004 or any 2005-2006 5AT or 2007 5AT coupe.

If you were to swap a 2005-2006 6MT engine you would need to swap a lot more stuff.

newest engine you can swap in is from a 2007 5AT COUPE

 

And it would bolt right up and I would have to use the ecu from it too right?

 

You'd use your exisiting ECU

 

So 07 5at would bolt to my mounts and my manual tranny? But I also wanna throw exhaust on to my car at the same time which year would I order 03 or 07 or would they be the same?
