Arrow Motor swap or F.I.

Just bought an 03 350z just turned 100k and want to get some power out of this thing (500+hp)and make it a fun daily/track car im looking at s/c kits and turbo kits and looks like most run a good 5k plus extras ie fule pump, injectors, cams, and other forged goodies and im sitting here thinking why not just buy a LS1 w like 30 or 40k miles or even a crate motor which would have 0 miles on it and put down more horses N/A than going F.I. on my de motor which has over 100k on it?? So i guess what im wondering is why dont alot of people just swap motors in these cars in stead of pouring tons of money into F.I. and not really even getting impressive numbers ie 500+ hp. What would be the advantages and disadvantages of doing a motor swap? How difficult will it be tuning and getting the motor to fit and other things im sure that goes into putting chevy motors into our cars. What shops yall know of would take on this project and not charge more than the cars is worth just in instalation charges?? All of these questions i would love to know answers to and any other input you know about this would be helpful as well. Thanks

Either way you go its not cheap...but doin a swap takes more time and work and most people would rather have the option of just going back to stock if they want

Go big or go home, 500hp is a lot. To reach a reliable 500hp, it is not going to be cheap.
