Hey guys so I recently found out that when I put my car in to DS Mode that it wont shift up in to the higher gear. It shifts down with no problem but when I try shifting up it doesn't do anything. The shifter physically moves up but doesn't change the gear on the dash board. I have searched this site and google in general to see if anybody else has a similar problem but did not find a single case. Plus, I called the dealership and asked one of the mechanics if this was a common problem and he told it wasn't, and that its usually the whole system that stops working. Three weeks prior to this problem, I had an ipod aux installed at a local best buy and I know that it worked properly before that. I am starting to think that maybe Best Buy disconnected a wire or something along those line. Do you guys know if this could be the case? Are there any wires or sensors that run under the shifter that could of been cut or damaged during the installation? I appreciate all the help I can get
