Re: Racing spec condenser - earthing kit
Well 'condenser' is the old fashioned obsolete electronic name for a modern "capacitor" used mostly in the 20's-60's by non engineers.
Today " condensers" are used to chill a gas vapor into a liquid?

Re: Racing spec condenser - earthing kit
From reading the link it appears that the "condenser" goes across the battery or from the positive terminal to ground.
All the sensor voltages [reference] are derived from the ecu/tcu which has very good filtering [via it's own multi sets of capacitors].
Appears to be Japanese snake oil but it is your $198, says it is for forced induction vehicles ?

From my experience selling US products to some Japanese companies ............they [their customers] buy the appearance of performance and facts may not be important.
They are less inclined to believe that their fellow countrymen would lie to them than US consumers! You don't see much US performance trade being sold to Japan it is always coming from Japan.

That looks to be pretty much the same as the Sun Automotive Hyper-Voltage System. Basically a stiffening Capacitor with a flashing LED to show that it's "working" (attached).
GroundingGear™ did some R&D on a similar system, but found that it did little if anything to improve performance over a standard Hyper-Ground kit, and less than the current Signal Optimizing Systems that we now offer. It just wasn't worth the extra cost of a quality capacitor, though this type of set-up may benefit those with High-Power Amplifiers or other components with extreme demands on the electrical system. A few have said it gives better starting, but no more than with a good H-G system based on feedback from a few users of both.
I'd go with the Sun Auto HVS since they're more likely to use a quality cap, since I've never heard of these guys.
One of the magazines (Turbo & High Performance?) did a test on the Sun Auto HVS along with a H-G kit, and found a significant improvement with the H-G kit, and a very slight (something like 1 hp) improvement when they added the HVS.

I'm not sure if that was the same thing. I remember someone over at my350z.com taking one apart and finding just a fuse encased in epoxy! That's why I would suggest going with a brand name for something like this, as you're less likely to get ripped off.
