he do you guys know if i can put nismo parts in my car and still be under warrenty and if yes what is website where i can se nismo parts i want their intake

 

IF you have them installed by a certified Nissan service center, then they do not affect warranty. That's the beauty of Nismo parts... ...and likely why you'll pay more for the Nismo brand parts.

I thought it depended on whether they were "R" or "S" tune. One is warrantied for street use, while the other is not. Not sure though.

The intake was considered a R-Tune part. Reason being that this has a direct affect on the intake side of the engine = more risk of screw ups versus the exhaust being a S-Tune part. If the part has a direct affect in the engine and car operations (ie flywheel, cams, themostats, etc) ...I believe it became a R-Tune part.

The intake is an R-tune part. If you have any kind of engine problems that they can directly relate to the intake (hydrolock, rupture ac line, etc), you will be responsible to pay for all repairs.
