NISMO - Yep, thanks for reminding me about that second $380!! JK!! Plus I don't have a nitrous kit either. Well, let me correct that last statement. I DO have a ZEX kit now but I had to go to eBay to get it. Man, if the bidding had gotten to $380 it could've been deja vu!!!!!!!! LOL!!

Actually, there's another G35Driver member having problems with jaerian about a purchase gone bad. He contacted me via PM and wishes to remain anonymous. He is pursing his case in small claims court.

So this makes at least five. I imagine there are others.

And yes, I'm still waiting for a refund that jaerian agreed to in July '04.

 

Jaerian is either the unluckiest person I even seen to do business...

Lost packages, wrong addresses, stolen checks, etc.

...or he's the worst scammer I've seen on line.

BB - I'm not so sure that he's not the BEST scammer! By my last account, he up $6040 & still has all the parts!!! His only downside was getting caught ( sorta ). Just gotta get together with the other scammed members & figure out a game plan for us.

im not sure if that guy Lobsok on my350z ever got his wheels but he was having problem too if he still hasnt received anything it would mean 7 people scammed so far & it adds up to $9500+

 

...and to think, i was going to buy rims from the guy
but he's local, so i would have met up with him to make the purchase, AND had them balanced for any dents...

anyhow, sucks for the people that trusted him...

Ok now people we are not going to start this he is a cool guy and couldnt do this again. He scammed people out of money and that is it. He could be the coolest guy in the world doesnt change the fact that he is a f&*kin crook.
