Ok. So I need to replace my bank one cam sensor. I have it unplugged and the bolt is out. What is the dang trick to popping it out of the engine? Am I a total weakling idiot or what? I just can't get the thing out it feels loose but that sucker ain't comin out! Help.

 

you are a weakling once the bolt is out you can work it out by hand or take a flat head screw driver and gently work out.
