Transmission issues

I wanted To know if any one could help me out.I was driving my 04 g 35 and it seems that when the car is cold it does not seem to shift smooth it's not grinding but it does feel like if you tap two pieces of metal together when I switch to second.the car has 49k and I just bought it like 6 months ago could it be the syncros or bad tranny?

It's a common characteristic of these 6mt's when cold. Many have changed from expensive OEM's gear oil, some say OEM is the best (I disagree). I use Amsoil and never looked back since.

Search is a wonderful tool:

Welcome btw
