Okay so ive noticed this a few times before but didnt think anything of it until i heard it this night because it sounded a little more harsh.

when i was driving home from a friends house maybe about 5 mile drive i let the engine roar a bit and when i got home parked the car.

when i got off the car it sounds like a clicking or ticking noise coming from under the car???

can anyone share some light on if i should be worried about something? i also believe i use to hear it on my RX300 after i parked it. After a while it stops though

i only hear it when ive been driving "harD" and park it


*edit: i searched the forums and didnt find any info which is why im asking now. i might have read something about the Cats cooling off???

sounds very similar but the sound in your video is louder then mine, although that may be because the camera is under the car.

If it's that sound....

It's small amounts of unburnt fuel exploding inside the cat's This is normal under spirited runs.

 

LOL its just the engine cooling down dude.

 

yeah i got test pipes and its pretty loud when your under the car almost like i got a exhaust leak but i don't.
