Start reading man. Its all here. Come up with an idea of what you want from your car then start talking to those who have gone the direction you want to go.

Your OP is too vague.

just depends

it all comes down to what your final goal is. whether it's going to be your daily with some kick, or if you're going for all out performance. Setting a goal for the amount of power you want vs the money you plan on spending will be a great start and extremely helpful in deciding what to buy....

if you just want a quick answer look into the motordyne spacer or art pipes or some type of test pipe mod

skip the programmer, skip the nitrous.

you can forget about CAI unless it's Injen, one of the very few that makes any sort of power. exhaust and pipes are a start. scratching the downpipes and getting ART pipes will add even more power and lots of torque.

06+ revup air box instead of CAI
MD 5/16" spacer
MD ART pipes plus your current exhaust or if you choose to change.
sxexcx grounding kit (I'm sure sean will pop in here sometime)
transgo shift kit
osiris tune

pretty much it as far as bolt ons go. headers and mrev2 aren't worth the money/time/effort as far as dollar per HP, atleast on nonrev motors. but don't let me stop you if you have the money to do those as well. the tune after everything will put you around 260hp/240tq, and is the most important part after engine mods.

after that, boost is the only way to make serious gains on the VQ platform.

Depends on your budget but unless you have $10,000 plus to just throw away stay away from boost. As for your current mods when you say downpipes I'm assuming you mean test pipes? Get a plenum spacer or kinetix composite plenum and an uprev dyno tune and see how you like it. Headers are cool too but not really worth the $$ IMO, unless you can do all the labor yourself

Yes I mean test pipes... Would Art pipes be better than my test pipes?
