picked up stage 4 stillen supercharger! Now got ??
Just bought a stillen supercharger stage 4. Wasn't trying to get a SC put I couldn't pass up on the price It didn't come the 7th injector,s/s box and fuel pump. So I need to figure out what I wan't to do.I'm putting it on my 03 sedan AT. Wan't to know what you did for your tune? Did you go custom tune and bigger injectors or did you go with the 7th injector and s/s box from stillen. please post your HP # and miles. Just trying to figure out which way to go. trying to get the most with out of car with out messing it up.

sorry to say u bought a crappy kit and now have no tuning ability unless u buy a new ems and fuel pump and new injectors then go have it tuned..with what u have u have to run the 7th injector and the tune thats on the box. the stillen kit is weak sauce and not worth the trouble..sell it and get a vortech if u want a supercharger..i made 420whp on 9.5 psi on a vortech..that stillen will cry to break 320whp. the blower on the stillen kits is too small and should have been a e90 but unfortunately is a e60 i beleive and cannot be changed.

Yeah thats what I hear. But for $1200 you can't beat it. Like I said before wasn't really looking for supercharger just came across it. I know the most I can get on stillen 7th injector and s/s box on a stage 4 is 320HP on a good day. But the real question is can I get more out of it with bigger injectors, fuel pump and a tune?

like i said what u have is not tunable. If u wanted to tune it u would have to buy new bigger injectors say 600cc, a in tank fuel pump.say walbro 255 and a piggyback ems, for example utec or uprev or something like that, ditch the 7th injector and box u have then u would have to take it to be dyno tuned...The box u have is not tuneable..all in all with the parts needed to buy to even be able to tune it u should have saved ur money and just bought a good kit that has everything needed and is tunable and can make power..in the end u can do all that and still be slow as n/a..not worth it at all, cut ur losses now.

We are currently tuning a Stage 3 car, the stillen provide box was causing problems so we ditched the box.
To maximize power with this kit you will need 440cc injectos, Walbro fuel pump, Uprev Pro tune, and possibly a PMAS. We did not max out the stock MAF on the Stage 3 car but it only made ~310rwhp. At ~350rwhp (which some people have claimed to make on stage 4)through that SC I would think its getting close to maxed out.
Let me know if I can help with anything!

i take it its a used kit and u keep saying that but truth is yes u can beat that..with the extra money u need to spend on other parts and tuning u could have bought a different complete used kit that came with everything needed to make good power and be around the same price range.

The most i ever got was 320 on a dynojet and it was a stage 4 but when i sold that kit and went with the Greddy twins i replaced it with was a night and day difference.

$1,200 is a little steep for a partial Stillen kit, but as Rob said go get a warbro 255lph fuel pump and some 440cc injectors and find an uprev tuner in your area that would be your best bet.
I hope you can do all of the install yourself if not by the time you get an install and tune with the additional parts you might be looking at $3000+ by the time you get this set up running.

I was actually looking for your old numbers when I made that post, the highest I found someone say on that kit was 340something. Thats why I said "claimed' but from your experence it sounds like he won't even get close to maxing out the stock MAF, I just didn't want to say he would be fine on stock MAF, then he end up maxing it out and need a complete retune for a PMAS.
