Help, car won't start!!! Bad cam/crank sensor? Please help me diagnose

Mine will occasionally start and run extremely rough when it does. As far as symptoms, I had sputtering, loss of power, and hard starts prior to mine breaking down. Uploading a video now of how it's running.

SES code was 0603, and that's just from having the negative battery terminal unhooked for too long because it was transported across country while I moved.

Anyway, I already replaced the spark plugs with NGK Iridium IXs

Guess what? I had taken it to the dealer, and they're gunna charge me $470+ to replace the fuel pressure regulator. -_- & they said that they don't even know if that's gunna fix it.. I'm irate. I can throw parts at it all day! That was next on my list! ****
