Plenum Question..
newbie needs help
Hi...can someone explain to me why you need or don't need to send in the OEM plenum once purchasing Crawford plenum...(what is a plenum anyways) sorry to be soooo ignorant...just new to this sport.
crawford uses the stock plenum and they modify it. That's why they need to have a supply of stock plenums to modify. So if you dont send it in to them, then they will charge you a 200 dollar fee.
This is what a plenum is http://crawfordzperformance.com/plenum.htm
There's a video in there too that you can watch..

You should send me a PM or just call me on my cell. I can help you with the questions you have!
BTW, anyone who thinks that Doug is presently charging for a "core swap" hasn't spoken with him lately...
I believe returning the core may no longer be necessary.
