My 2005 g35 coupe wont start but all the lights turn on when I turn the key in the ignition. I think its not the battery because it does crank and will turnover. The engine fan will turn on along with the interior overhead lights and the radio, but the headlights will not turn on. All the dash lights turn on i.e. the check engine light, tpms light, vdc off light, slip light, battery light, brake light, and open door light (even though the door was closed). Some of my friends suggested its the fuel pump because I had a buddy try and jump it but that did not work. If anyone could help me confirm my suspicion I would appreciate it. I also checked online for DIY maintenance for the fuel pump which told me that it would cost around $300 to fix but I looked up fuel pumps on ebay and I have parts on there ranging anywhere from $20 to $280. Can anyone tell me what part I need and if it has to be OEM/Infiniti specific?
