Exclamation Drove through high water help! Wont start

so earlier i drove through the drive thru at star bucks, little did i know there was a dip in the road with what seemed to be a bit of water which turned out to be more.

when i cross my car stalls, flips out, and shuts off, car woldnt start had to get it towed home. i read it might be the maf? i believe i dried it out now though assuming the maf and sensor

are part of my intake.

when i turn the key you hear a click like it wants to turn on but doesnt. also all the lights and radio work fine, all electricals seem to be working.

anyone have any advice on what to do?

do you have that bypass valve thing that the aem intakes have so that if the filter is submerged under water it will just turn into a short ram? does it seem like its hydrolocked?

I don't have the adapter that converts it to short ram
And I'm not sure how to tell if it's hydro locked? How would I be able to tell?

All the electronics are working inside the vehicle

Electronics have absolutely nothing to due with hydro lock. You hydrocked. Research the term, and you'll have your answer. You won't be happy.

Drain the oil ASAP!! Stop trying to start the car. You run the risk of damaging the internals of the engine more than what may have already been done.

Remove the intake manifold and spark plugs.

Dry everything out

Drain and refill the oil

Replace the Spark Plugs with new.

Manually crank the car with one spark plug out.

Pray
