Help with Radiator support clips

So for some reason my radiator has become disconnected and has sank down a bit.

I see that there are 2 butterfly looking support clips on top that hold it. They are supposed to twist and lock into place. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to connect them to the radiator and hold the radiator up. They fit up against the 2 ***** on the radiator fine, but dont lock up in any way. I dont see anything broken/missing from what i can tell.

Does this mean the radiator can also be out of place somewhere on the lower side of the engine bay where it sits?

Help!
