Now i get given my car back no engine or any parts inside the bay, and a box of bolts... great, where do these all go..
I found this tread so it will help somewhat but appreciate if anyone can identify and let me know and i can then figure out the rest hopefully!!!!

Where are you located? You need to find someone who knows what they are doing to help you put this motor back in.

You run out of money to pay the guy to put it back in?

Located in Australia..

He had the engine and all parts and machine done for 3 months, i said why are you delaying finishing, he said cause i dont have time to do it all, sooo i said just finish the engine, ill deal with the rest..

No one this close to xmas wants to touch it, i can do it but if i took engine out i would have labled all the bolts in bags etc..

Just incase it helps someone here is some of the ones i figured out
^^ I am updating what i have found, ill add yours to my list in a sec, thanks so much!!!
edit: wow you are awesome, btw ps, alternator, a/c are all still on old engine so no brackets, bolts/nuts should be in that pic.

Engine didnt come with coil packs
(I brought this engine a year ago and it didnt have a few bits and pieces which im taking off my un-built engine fyi)

Takes it out and rebuilds but won't/ can't put it back in!? WHO THE FK DOES THAT!? I would have never taken a job that huge to someone that wouldn't finish it. Good luck though!

try to distinguish via service manual.
believe it or not, there is a service manual for engine placement.
bolts should be easy since the manual tells you the length and thread pitch of bolts.
thread measuring ruler will def. help here.
