Fuse and Coil Pack blew out on my 2004 G35 Coupe, and blew out
the ECU.
I had the ECU sent in for repairs, it came back to the mechanic and it's trying to turn over but no fuel is getting to the fuel injectors. The mechanic said he performed the ECU reset and still no dice, any idea guys?
It's been in the shop since the day before labor day. I'm dying to drive her again!

check the fuel pump.
also check the fuel line to see if there is any pressure in the line. This could help you figure out if you have a leak or a seal is broke or a o-ring is broke in the fuel pump assembly bucket.

What Fuse was Blown ?
How do you know the ECM was repaired correctly ? Generally the whole unit is replaced not repaired.
If the ECM does not have a spark signal it will not let fuel pump turn on, sometimes it will allow pump to operate for a few seconds to prime fuel rail.

5 months is way too long. Im not sure if youre telling the whole story but at the auto shop i work at, the mechanics just replace the ECU rather than "REPAIR" it. Im not a mechanic myself but this is a month job tops. Start looking for a new guy . Hopefully if you do take it to the new mechanic they wont have to charge you extra for having to try to figure out any mistakes the previous mechanic made.
Heres a whole mess of ECUs on ebay that are cheap

I'm referring to the Engine Control Module as per the Factory Service Repair Manual. ECU is not referenced anywhere in factory service repair manual. But I guess if you never looked at one probably wouldn't know that.

So I took it out of the shop, brought it to my friend's house, me, him and his dad spent a day and a half diagnosing it. It threw out two codes, P1614 and P1031. I thought that the mechanic forgot that the keys needed to be coded to the new ECU. I had an appointment with the dealer on Friday.
The dealer coded the keys and nothing. They spent the rest of the day troubleshooting and the news is:
Two coils burnt out(one was replaced by the first mechanic I took it to), the new ECU was burnt out (my original one that I got refurbished for $600).
So they're going to replace all three, all spark plugs, and the crankshaft or camshaft sensor, total I'll end up spending 3 k with the dealer, plus the 1200 spent on both mechanics already, and an easy $300-400 from towing.
To say my situation is a cluster **** is an easy understatement.
