Clutch Issues

Okay, so basically i installed a new clutch about 2 months ago and it has been working perfectly fine up until about 3 days ago...the engage point seems to get lower and basically if i have the pedal all the way depressed it might let me put my car in gear...now is the weird part, if i turn my car off and then on...it runs normal for a while...I checked fork that connects to the master cylinder and it all seems to be fine, could this be due to the pressure plate or maybe air in the line? I would really hate to have to pull out the transmission to see whats wrong because that is a huge pain in the butt....Does anyone have any pointers i can try before i decide to spend the weekend under my car?
