P0335
P0335
I have a 2005 g35 that doesn't start easily, misfires, poor performance, engine vibration and the RPM isn't steady, I've used a diagnostics tool and it said that it has P0335 (crankshaft position sensor), so I've replaced my crankshaft position sensor and restarted my ECU and it didn't help and the code is still on.
I've asked Scotty Kilmer the guy that makes car repairing videos on youtube, and he replied by saying that some times the timing chain is stretched and causes error readings to the ECU.
is that true? should i change my timing belt or there are other things i should check first?
sorry for my bad english

There are 2 camshaft position sensors that will sometimes throw this code when they go bad. I'd start with replacing both of them and see if the issue goes away. I've owned my car for 4 years and haven't met 1 person that has had to replace the timing chain (not belt) so I doubt that's causing the issue. How many miles are on your car?
