Anyone ever get this whining sound?

This isnt my video, and of course a solution wasnt posted, but I am experiencing the same whining sound from my drive bay. Anyone else ever experience it? I have a 2004 Coupe.

Yes!!! Don't know what it is. changed power steering pump and it still there
