low idle, engine wont turn over w/o revving

so i just changed the spark plugs on my dads 2004 g35 and followed the DIY guide on this site. However when we went to go start it up the engine wouldnt turn over. when i gave it gas when i started the engine it would turn over but the rpms would be at the very bottom line barely keeping the engine going. I made sure everything was connected correctly and i tried a ecu reset as well as a throttle body reset. im stumped now any help??

If it ran fine before you did the plugs. Then something didn't get hooked back up right. Could be you have one or more of the plugs going to the coils crossed. I would go back over everything again. And make sure that you didn't forget something.

i dont think its that because i made sure the right connectors went to the right socket by labeling them. i also double checked that everything was connected and nice and snug

I wouldn't look past going over everything again, especially if the car was running fine before you changed the plugs. I would also do the relearn process again, you never know it might be that simple.
