Tanabe Exhaust causing Heavy Vibration!?

So, I just installed my exhaust setup : Tanabe Medalion Touring, ART V2 Pipes, Greddy y-pipe, and already been installed; Top speed headers. My old setup was all the above except for the ART pipes and the Tanabe.

I drove the car around and I am disappointed with the amount of cabin vibration around the 2500 RPM range. Let me mention that I have
1. No back seats
2. The Tanabe midpipe was hanging low when I installed it, it looked like it was hitting the cross brace on the bottom.
3. It also looked like the tips were touching the edge of my bumper.
4. The hangers seemed worn out.

I ordered new hangers and Im hoping that they will solve the issue by holding the exhaust higher away from the cross brace and also reduce the vibration.
Is this all I can do?? Is there something else I'm missing or that I can do to solve this issue???
Any help from those with experience please- I had a bad experience with exhausts and this time I went with quality parts and a quite exhaust, I really hope that this vibration is NOT normal with any aftermarket exhausts on our cars.
PLEASE HELP

Come on guys, I've done my research. Everybody with a TANABE exhaust claims little to no drone/vibration at normal highway speeds. What makes mine different??? Is it the ART's??? Need some help by tomorrow so I know what to do when I lift the car up.

One sure way to find out what's making the noise, get your G on a rack and check the clearances. Also, are you referring to the cross member by your ART pipes? If that's in the way remove it....I did!

the cross brace is what is after the y pipe and before the muffler. the midpipe goes riyyt over it. doenst look like it can be removed. the support brace by testpipes is connected to the pipes for support. idk if I should take that off. I was thinking of putting rubber washers between the bolts to absorb vibration.

SO I replaced hangers and now the exhaust isn't touching the cross brace. I also removed heat shield. The only thing I can think of that might still be occurring is that the mid-pipes might still be touching the cross brace b/c it was pretty close when I installed the new hangers. I love the exhaust note so I'm not gonna sell it.

Will post video soon
