Sup. guy's. My 06 has 100,000 now but is paid for and still run's great. But it's time to spend a little time and money on her. Not sure I want to go forced induction but it's possible. So for now let's go N/A what should I have done to the engine for more power and longer life i.e. build up, over haul, etc. I know many of you know your S*** so I'd like to here a few suggestion's. Car already has lot's of bolt-on s .Budget is $4000/$6000. While I did a lot of the bolt on s this job is more than I can handle. So shop suggestion's all so would be nice as I have been away from the forum for sometime and not sure who been doing good work versus ripping people off.

Saving up a little more scratch and doing a turbo kit is really going to be the way to go. I had a customer with a greddy tt kit on his vq with 175k miles and it was still running great. Regular maintenance is the best way to extend the life of your motor. NA power is pretty marginal, though some people do prefer it. If the car already has a quite a few bolt ons, a few motor isn't really going to make a significant difference.
Best advice, do the 90k service, replace the fuel filter, make sure you don't have any upper or lower oil pan gasket leaks, check the front and back of the motor or main seal leaks, and then save up the extra monies to boost that SOB.
And it would help to know where to suggest for you to go if people knew where you live.
