Yes I used the pedal dance for the re-learn. When you change a part like the TB the engine and computer need to "learn" how to get along with the new part. Doesn't have anything to do with Osiris.

Just finished installing mine. Had 850 idle and after a couple attempts at idle air relearn she's idling properly at 600. I go through 2.5 tanks of gas a week. I haven't driven it yet and won't until I leave for work in the morning. My review thread will be posted after 1000 miles (1 week for me)
I am impressed with the improvement in overall driveability. Throttle response is crisp. It revs through the RPM range much smoother and more linearly. Whether or not I gained any HP I cannot effectively say, but it is definitely more fun to drive.
My only concern is how this mod (if at all) has affected my air fuel ratio, but I won't know until I go for a re-tune in the near future.
Tim, does your TB whistle at certain times? I'm noticing at certain throttle positions I get a faint whistle. I've checked for leaks and found none. Everything is buttoned up tight and idle is not affected.
Stand by for fuel economy findings. Will need about a week for the ECU to get used to the mod.

I think the whistle is more in line with throttle position and not RPM. I will confirm on my drive home today.
OEM idle is 650 +-50 You're out of spec at 800. Just make sure it fits within the perimeters and you'll be fine.

Just wanted to update, the whistle is solely based on throttle position. There is no set RPM or speed that it happens. Leads me to believe it is indeed my air filter. I will clean it this weekend.
