It very well may. We'll just need to rule this out before moving on to anything else since you're hearing the loud hissing sound. When the car is at operating temperature, it's in a closed loop meaning all sensors have an effect on the fuel/air ratio. If you have a major vacuum leak, this could cause an extremely lean ratio as air is entering the combustion chamber not metered by the MAF, leading to a non start. If you do have a large vacuum leak, then it should be fairly easy to find with the TB cleaner method above.

Wow didn't see this, I have carb cleaner, that should be fine correct? You seem knowledgable, the loop ran through my head but I wasn't really sure if that was a reason but it does make sense now. If this doesn't work I'll have to take it to a shop but hopefully I don't get stranded with a car that's not starting. Thanks, will get back to you.
