Jenvey + Cams
The new AEM Infinity might make tuning the ITBs a bit easier. It's able to control a dual throttle body setup so if you were able to mechanically sync the ITBs in 3s and control each bank off the AEM it would be far easier than trying to sync 6 on 1. At least in theory. ****'s always easy in theory, lol.
But still, be prepared for lots of work and quite a bit of extra labor / tuning costs. And a couple grand extra using something like the AEM to control it. Plus I didn't see anyone mention upgraded fuel requirements, you will want to bump up the size of the OEM injectors (at least a bit, no need to go crazy) and fuel pump. Otherwise - Cams and long tube headers (couple grand right there), some light head work (our heads flow pretty well already, wouldn't go crazy on them unless you need mill work done to fit larger cams), and you'll still need to fab something up for an airbox / airboxes for MAF/MAP.
I hope you do it though. Just know what you're getting yourself into. And I'm sure there's more than the above that I'm not thinking about but I'm not fully awake. FWIW Sasha managed 372whp NA on his Z with Jenvey ITBs, but it wasn't made for street driving and was tuned too aggressively to do so. (Source: www.onpointdyno.com) But if you're serious about it I'd drop him a line as he's actually done it, whereas the majority of the rest of us have either only dreamed about it or hate anything that isn't FI.

His tuner kits start at 2990 GBP. Up your budget to 4000 and you have everything you need to install.
Check his page out on 350z. Few people I know locally are running his kit & are very happy.

I think his screen name on here is 350Z T if you want to PM him, he is on face book under Boosted Performance. He is pretty active on my350z.com under the "Boosted Performance" screen name.
