Hi guys,
My 04 g35 starts making really loud clunking noise from rear axle recently, I think its getting worse when approaching summer time. There is noise whenever I go over bump and bumpy road on 20mph or less speed, no noise when speed over 20mph.

This noise really drives me crazy, does anyone here know what exactly causing the problem?

Doesn't sound like the typical axle click noise that has a TSB for the fix.

I'd say get the car in the air and look for anything loose that could be banging around back there. Also as a completely random crapshoot, the sun roof track has been known to come loose and make some strange banging noise that sounds like it's coming from the rear. Involves removing the headliner and using some locktite on the bolts.
