Exclamation Head Gasket Replacement,

So after smelling coolant coming from my exhaust and running some test, came to find out that there's combustion in my coolant, leading me to believe my head gaskets are going. I was looking into getting Cometic metal head gaskets. does anyone have any insight on this or any recommendations? I read that Cometic's gaskets come in a variety of thicknesses too, does anyone run a thicker gasket? any insight on this would be of help.

Look up the procedure before you by anything. Apparently, head gaskets are extremely involved on the VQ. Never done it myself, but from what I understand its not a normal day at the office.
