Opinion needed fuel return
Whats the best way to go fir a fuel return. I have fully built and camned motor all ready for twin turbos to install.. However im trying to fond ideas for fuel returns. Trying to decide in what fuel pump too i know it depends on how much boost ill run or power im looking for. So ill throw out a figure if 650 whp... Whats your input... I dont see much on fuel stuff here. And i do have a pair of new cosworth fuel rails and id1000 inj waiting to be used. Your input would help lots to give me choices. Ty. Also is AAM out of business?

CJM stuff is nice. But what irritates me about this car is the price of this stuff. I make my own lines and have made fuel setups using external fuel pumps but not in a car like this.. The fuel tank is strang? Two sided and i was wondering if an external fuel pump would be better than even twin 255 walbros... Idk. I now have a fuel ret kit with cosworth rails now im researching fuel pumps and upgraded fuel supply line. It drives me nuts the outrageous price to play with this car. I probably should put it back to stock and. Play with my old bigblock iron lol

if you want cheaper yes this is definitely not the platform for you. You can do your own custom return lines but you will still need to drill out the in tank fuel jet and put in the return line for it to function properly. CJM sells the pieces that you need separately too. it replaces the in-tank FPR and has the return line. You can maybe save 50-100 by doing the lines yourself but the FPR plug is a custom and proprietary piece. You probably dont need s twin pump at that power level either so in-tank pumps are pretty cheap.
