Exclamation need help asap with blown motor

my car is a 2005 G coupe. I'm not 100% sure of the exact issue because I don't have time to pull it apart. I'm sure it was short on oil at the time I was driving. My problem is I've never wrenched on anything but Honda motors and I don't have a trustworthy mechanic to take it to. I'm looking for a shop to replace the motor and possibly come out with something better than it was before I blew it, but most importantly a reliable replacement. I'm working with a budget of around 3-4k and live near Ontario California.Dioes anyone have any recommendations on which route I should go to get back on the road asap? I would also appreciate recommendations on shops in the area.

You can normally find replacement motors for around $1000-1500. swap it out (labor is probably around $500)

i'd tear the motor down and rebuild it.

I have to rebuild mine. Problem is, the stock parts will cost more than buying one prebuilt. I don't want to bend another shaft or something stupid getting the same parts. I want to drive it hard but apparently it can't handle it. Do I have to spend 5000 to get something that will handle my driving style?
