i need help cleaning throttle body

I have an 03 g35 coupe and want to clean the throttle body with out any issues, can some one provide me with the safest steps to clean the throttle body maybe some pics or a video, i would really appreciate it.

Disconnect battery, remove TB and clean. Don't man-handle the butterfly. Reconnect battery once everything is reinstalled and connected.

Yeah, open it once and do all the cleaning while holding it open. Spray the hinges with tb cleaner liberally, scrub out with a toothbrush, spray some more, wipe out with a paper towel, repeat til clean.
