Did I trigger the P0340 code?

Recently purchase a 2005 G35, 84k miles.

I will warn you sometimes I'm an idiot when it comes to cars.

On my 2nd time ever starting the vehicle, I turned the ignition and released it just barely before the engine started. Then immediately tried to start it again and as before I released the key just before the engine started. must have temporarily messed something up because after a few more tries I finally had to hold the key starting the engine for 3-4 seconds before the engine finally fired up.

Shortly after this incident I looked at my dash and noticed the "check engine soon" light.

Read the code and it was the P0340/cam sensor

I read online that some symptoms are hard starting.

Did i possibly trick the ECU into thinking I have bad cam sensors because of my stupid error when starting the vehicle for the 2nd time? I reset the code and have driven it for 30-40 minutes without the check engine light coming back on.

The vehicle does not have a hard starting issue as far as I'm aware. It starts up perfectly fine every time unless I'm an idiot.

Simple Battery Reset and look for codes again after 50 miles of driving. Have a set of Cam Sensors and CrankShaft Sensors on hand though in case they are bad.
