Rattling noise

What's up fellas!
I've had my 2003 g35 sedan for about 2 years and it has not giving me any major problems. I recently got 4 brand new tires and I did a full tune up. Besides getting a regular oil change. After I got new tires I started hearing a strange rattling noise from the engine. I though a tune up would do it but noo. Can it be the belts?? Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks if advance

well we'd need to know when you're hearing this rattling noise to help properly... is it when revving, just on startup when cold? does anything make the sound worse/better?

without much to go off of, i can tell you that timing chain noise is EXTREMELY common on anything nissan, and would definitely be a rattling noise (some make more of a whine, but the vq35 i've noticed rattles more than whines).

another common problem would be the bucket shim ticking noise, sometimes confused with like an injector tick, although from my experience its typically louder than injectors.

other options since you mentioned it started after the tires... did they possibly bend a brake backing plate? I'd assume thats not it since usually thats a scraping or squealing noise, but without much info...

belts wouldn't usually cause a rattle. a pulley gone bad could, but usually thats easy to find with a stethoscope or long screwdriver.

same issue.

Rattling noise whenever I accelerate. I'm assuming it could be a bad pulley.

Could be the problem. Stock filters have a check ball to help keep oil in the upper engine when the car is shut off to prevent dry starts. Not all after market filters have the check ball.
