2004 G35 Coupe Jerks/Jolts out of 1st gear.

My automatic 2004 G35 Coupe jerks out of first when I'm floor the throttle. Why is this? Is this normal? Here's a video that I made using an example..

BTW the VDC is off, do I need to disconnect the YAW sensor?

Obvious place to begin would be with a trans drain/fill using only Nissan AT fluid! Our AT work on line pressure, if the fluid is low or dirty it effects how the trans shifts...Gary
