fan issues

My radiator fans are always on weather the car is running or not and even if the key is not in the car. does anyone know what could be causing this?

Relay is stuck. Fan relay sticking.

Coupe 6MT Premium RAS

Probably relay depending on the year, there are 3 of them in the middle of the IPDM. Unplug and test them.
