2004 G35 Coupe running rich and no Codes

Hi fellow owners!
I'm a fairly new g35 owner and recently my g35 has been running rough (very poor gas mileage and lack of power)
Car came with a sawyer tuning performance chip which I have removed has a cold air intake and a Borla exhaust with high flow cats. my buddy works at a mechanic shop and was able to bring it to his work and plug the snap on scanner in. Unfortunately no codes came up but he did say both banks are running very rich you can smell the excessive fuel too. So far I have cleaned the Mass airflow sensor with MAF cleaner and checked to make sure all sensor plugs are connected. The weird thing is when I unplug my Coolant temp sensor car runs better but vdc and slip light come on I have replaced coolant tempo sensor too and still the same. Hopefully someone can help me diagnose this. Thanks in advance.
