Are the Intake and Exhaust Solenoid the Same Part?

I am very new to car maintenance and have been trying to learn how to do things on my own. I have a 2008 G35x, and I recently got a check engine light with P0014. My main issue is occasional rough idling and intermittent stalling at low speeds. My understanding is that this is usually a camshaft position sensor, exhaust valve sensor, or crankshaft sensor. I thought that I would check the exhaust valve sensor first and see if it needed to be cleaned. I feel like such an idiot, because I apparently pulled the intake solenoid (front of engine bay) instead of the exhaust solenoid. It was very stuck, and I ended up breaking it getting it out of the engine block. When looking at the parts diagram, I don't actually see a separate intake/exhaust valve solenoid. Is the same solenoid used for both? From what I can see in the diagram, the exhaust solenoid is next to the camshaft sensor. Do I have to remove anything to get access? It seems really tight, and I'm not sure that I can get it out. I appreciate any help.
