Im just worried bout it cuz it痴 getting to that 200,000 mark and no other lights are on but the check engine soon light I hope my engine ain稚 going bad? The owner took good care of it kept it in the garage for awhile didn稚 have no lights when I bought till like around November 2019 and I had it since 2018 of December i haven稚 heard any knock of the engine

I'd do a compression check before you pull the engine. Pull the engine code, you don't want to change the motor because you have an O2 sensor that's bad.
I have 185k on my G35 and so far the engine is rock solid. 263k miles on my Accord and I'm a bit late on my oil change so its been 8400 miles since I did it last (I use synthetic oil) and its down maybe 1/3rd of a quart.
Properly maintained you can easily get 250k miles out of these engines.
