EX 35 loaded 2009 new engine at 70,000 miles no new engine has 11,000 miles as of eight months ago
Cool problems
Have a new engine on my 2009 ELEEH 35 overflow of cooling system is empty engine is knocking a little only has 11,000 miles on new engine what should I do

Not sure I understand, the english is a little broken up. Assuming you have a 2009 G37 ??
Regardless, you need to immediately stop driving the car and contact the mechanics who installed your new engine, something is obviously wrong but it's not something we here on the internet will be able to help with.
If you post a video of the vehicle making the sound that can be helpful but honestly I don't think you should be driving the car and you need to call the shop who installed that engine.
